We have one of the highest credit ratings that Dunn and Bradstreet assigns businesses. In the past 8 years, we have purchased and rehabbed more than 900 single family homes. At the present time we are purchasing properties at wholesale prices, rehabbing/leasing the properties, and selling them to investors. We are selling 10 to 15 per month to foreign investors who reside in England, New Zealand, Nigeria, Australia, as well as other European countries. These investors recognize the unparalleled opportunities in the Memphis real estate market. We are now marketing these same type homes to U.S. investors who we feel would be interested in returns of 12% to15% cash on cash that these properties can generate. We also have many investors who are interested in earning 12% to 15% on their funds… well secured by real estate. We also pay top dollar to individuals who are interested in selling their homes. We have personally owned and rented as many as 350 single family homes rented through the U.S. Department of HUD’s section 8 program. We still own for our portfolio more than 100 homes. Charles Alexander is a former University of Memphis Quarterback and has been in business in Memphis since 1971.
